i have ISX manager and it is not responding, I have connected monitor with him to check the status but no display on monitor seems monitor port is not working. I need your help to resolve this issue and if I want to restore it then from where I will get the restore link?

The ISX Manager was end of life a while back and therefore to my understanding there are no restore image option available any more either? As said the ISX Manager was end of life a while back and we had an upgrade option a couple years ago. We will offer to transfer all your current ISX Manager nodes over to whatever version of the current Data Center Expert system you potentially end up buying.
Please let us know of contact you local sales representative if you want to upgrade to the current version of monitoring solution.
