I see that you're already working with our tech support too. I'm not going to get into troubleshooting here as there is already a case open but I can say that I am not seeing what you say you are seeing. For some reason, I can't see your screenshots but hopefully you can see mine. Perhaps it is a rights issue, I don't know. Tech support should be able to assist more.

The problem is in writing the comments. Not in the alarms themselves.
The netbotz has the latest version 4.6 and the DCE version is 7.7.0
