I do not quite understand what you mean. I just follow the instructions shown in the picture that I posted to access Webmin. But it doesn't work. Here is what I did.
I also tried to set my computer receive a DHCP address but it also failed.

I can see that you are setting a static IP on their laptop, so I suggests the DHCP isnt running properly.
Can you send us the date code from the shipping box the Gateway came in? That would help us to see which unit and version you are using.

This line of devices device have had some problems with software where the network stack does not initialize properly.
You need to reach out to our support team who are aware of this problem and can work with you to either change the impacted unit, or work with you to reinstall the base image on the device.
