Depending on the state of the server, the web commands may not work, you can try using the following URL to reboot the server: http://_<server_name>_/nbc/compress/serveradmin/reboot?action=reboot
Replace <_server_name>_ with the ip address of your Data Center Expert appliance.
As an FYI, v7.0.0 was released in 2011. More information on releases can be found here. I highly recommend bringing your system up-to-date. Contact your local technical support for software support verification to receive upgrade files.
If you still experience problems after a reboot, you will want to reach out to your local technical support for further assistance.

I tried that but it doesn't succeed, I'll just have to wait until I get someone to that site to physically reboot.
and yes I will be upgrading to 7.6.0 soon.
