Hello every one,
I am currently working with the Netbotz 250 Rack Monitor and I have to be able to get the following information regarding this equipment:
Until now, I have not been able to retrieve them via SNMP, syslog, ssh command.
I might, for sure, have done it wrong.
Therefore, would you know the different snmp OID or ssh commands to use to get such information?
I thank you in advance for the consideration you may pay to my request.
Best Regards,
rf2019

Hello Raphael,
Login via SSH and run the about command. You will receive a list of results (you may need to scroll up to see them all).
There are results for: Model Number, Serial Number, and hardware revision within the HardWare factory section of the about command results.
Also, please ensure that your NetBotz 250 firmware is up-to-date.
Regards,
Cory
