I'm compiling the costs for replacing our batteries based on the age of the units. How do I know how many battery packs are on each unit, using Struxureware? Or do I have to log onto each unit?

Hi patrice.wartick
I assume you are using Data Center Expert as your Struxureware system. Some UPS's reports the number of external battery packs under the detailed sensor information.
Maybe you can use this in correlation with the battery age report.
Thanks
