I have a DCO installation running the latest version that is failing to run the energy report.
The report is usually run for two sites each month, the 1st site the report will generate normally, but it fails for the second site with the error;
I have a client (Baillie Gifford) who are having problems with their DCO installation when trying to run an energy report. They have a couple of locations and in the primary location the report will run successfully but when they try to run it for the site called Calton, they get an error stating;
There was an error generating the report. See the client log file for more information.
I have looked at the logs but it seems there are a number of JAVA errors.
Can anyone provide any assistance.

Hi Alastair,
Many thanks for providing the useful log files, they contain the info I could use. It seems this report creation contains some unhanded exceptions, which appear to be software bug that we have recently discovered and will be fixed in the next release version.
Kind regards

Hi Jef,
Many thanks for the response, i take it there is nothing else that can be done at the moment and you don't need the other files that you have mentioned before now?
