I tried to update EcoStruxure IT Gateway from EcoStruxure IT Web interface.
I pushed "Update" in the below but failed. Does anyone know what cause this?
I tried 2 cases using the "Update" button on EcoStruxure IT Web interface but both cases are failed.
Both cases are failed with the same error message.

Akihiro Yamagami can you please go to the EcoStruxture IT Support page and in Help Center and "Submit a ticket"
Please include the Organization and Gateway Serial, these are needed to see history and gather logs, so we can diagnose this problem

Just for sharing information.
I tried this upgrade Gateway from 184.108.40.206 to 220.127.116.11 (Windows). It also fails.
