Failed to update Gateway using EcoStruxure IT Web interface

Hello,

  I tried to update EcoStruxure IT Gateway from EcoStruxure IT Web interface.

I pushed "Update" in the below but failed. Does anyone know what cause this?

I tried 2 cases using the "Update" button on EcoStruxure IT Web interface but both cases are failed.

• 1.6.0.39 => 1.6.1.9 (Failed) 
  Log file: console_16039withoutIPaddress.log (06/24/2019:16:37:40.440~)
• 1.5.2.28 => 1.6.1.9 (Failed)
  Log file: console_15228withoutIPaddress.log (06/24/2019:17:31:03.981~)

Both cases are failed with the same error message.

• Uncaught exception in stage DceUpdateApplyStage processing command AutoUpdateCommand java.lang.NullPointerException

[Others]

• I also tried to update using EcoStruxure IT gateway installer locally, then both cases are successes. ("EcoStruxureITGateway-1.6.1.9-windows.exe")
  • 1.5.2.28 => 1.6.1.9 (Success)
  • 1.6.0.39 => 1.6.1.9 (Success)
• I uses the Gateway with proxy setting.  ("Configure manually")
• I also found the file below but there is no record in it.
  C:\Windows\temp\EcoStruxureITGateway-1.6.1.9-windows_**********************.log

Akihiro Yamagami can you please go to the EcoStruxture IT Support page and in Help Center and "Submit a ticket"

Please include the Organization and Gateway Serial, these are needed to see history and gather logs, so we can diagnose this problem

I got an answer separately.

I'd like to share the summary of it for the members who have interest.

• This issue is already recognized by the development team.
• Current work around for this is to do the downgrade and run the upgrade manually.

Just for sharing information.

I tried this upgrade Gateway from 1.6.1.9 to 1.6.2.14 (Windows). It also fails.
