Customer is having an issue to trust Dce server in his local domain.
Server Access Certificate is created. Imported SSL done but HTTPS is not secure.

Please provide all steps taken so far and details as to what the exact error that is being shown within the web browser is. Within Chrome, you can click on "Not Secure" in the URL address bar and additional information will be provided. You can dig in further by clicking on "Certificate (Invalid)" within that pop-up window and then under General > Certificate Information will be details as to why it is not trusted.
Per your post it appears that the server may already be using a certificate that has been signed by a CA Authority, not a Self-Signed Certificate. Please confirm.

This issue was resolved offline. We exported the certificate as base-64 encoded, applied to the DCE server again, and the issue was then resolved. We ensured that the Root Certificate Authority certificate was installed on the laptop as well.
