The Netbotz system that our customer is using shows the incoming errors.
Data center expert shows Netbotz errors, but data center experts does not e-mail errors from Netbotz.
Sane Data Center Experts has connected UPS Systems , Cooling Units and other data center products and sending email without any problems Our problem ise only Netbotz alarms .
If you are using the Netbotz appliance 300-500 series, then the email notification is triggered from the Netbotz appliance itself not by DCE when alarm occurs as per the notification profile configured in Netbotz appliance.
Therefore, please configure the email notification as per the below k-base document and see if you are getting the email notification from Netbotz.
