Dear Evgeny Razdobarov,
According to Mian Aqeel good answer from post :
Found a solution from one of my colleague.APC Easy UPS Online SNMP CardAPV9601
Remote monitoring and control of an individual UPS by connecting it directly to the network.
Integrates with StruxureWare Data Center Expert :An IT-ready, scalable access monitoring system that collects, organizes, and distributes critical alerts, surveillance video and key information, providing a unified view of complex physical infrastructure environments from anywhere on the network
That is, the latest version of DCE-7.8.0, for example, already has built-in support for this SNMP card: there is no need to import a separate DDF-file.

Just leave it here:
Easy UPS 3S SNMP card uses ppc DDF file.
So if your DCE's version is lower than 7.8, you need to go to DDF page and search for "PPC UPSMate UPS" DDF file.
Note: If you are using the latest DA807 SNMP card in your Easy UPS 3S, then please ensure to enable SNMP version 3 on the SNMP card before discovering it in DCE software. SNMP version 1 is not supported in DA807 type card
