this customer with contract is having problem when try to integrate de ETL data base into DCO, they put some observations and pictures in the document that i attached, you know wich can be the problem?

Which version of DCO are they running?
In newer versions of DCO all of the ETL management if via the web client and is no longer in webmin.
We need more information as your web client screenshot says the import hasn't run in many days (10 and 16 respectively) for two of the entries and the third states its in an error state.
