Hi,

In my DCO web interface and desktop client shows different rack layout. The APC battery pack is not visible in web interface. Audit trail info shows also that last modification was 3 month before - if it is relevant. Just right know I realized the discrepancy.

Hi Mate,

That have been a known issue for previous versions (8.1 - 8.2.2), where web-client not showing some Smart-UPS devices.

This is fixed in the later versions (starting from 8.2.4) - it is recommended to upgrade the product to latest version (currently 8.2.12)
