After create an account, the connection does not work.
Other account : Work
Local account : Work
Error message :
Login failed because of configuration or network issues.

Are you saying the new user account does not work, but an existing local user and other user account logons do work?
Are you trying to logon to the web client or the desktop client above?
Is the new user account a local user account or authenticated through an authentication server?
Does webmin show the DCO services are running? If you logon to webmin at https://dco-server-ip:10000/, open the struxureware dc operation menu, and select status.
We may need to see logs from the server to see if there's a problem of some other kind.
