Hello,
The customer I am working with is Exelon Corp. The customer is running DCO 8.2.7 and they are experiencing clients that will Intermittently start locking or freezing. The severity ranges from a temporary grey out application screen that is frozen to complete client system locks. Apparently this is with stable internet connections both wired (docked on a laptop station) or wireless. I myself have experienced the issues as well. They are looking for a resolution to the problem. I have reviewed the application logs and have only found references to a problem that was fixed before regarding invalid ATS connections / ATS(s) that were placed into a store room while still connected. I however cannot locate anything in the logs that is easily recognized as an issue. Is there anyway someone could take a look at these logs to tell me if anything else appears odd. I have attached both applicaiton logs from both myself and a customer end user who are experiencing the issues.
Side Question: I know that a 64 bit client has access to more system memory resources than a 32 bit client. Have you seen any noticeable impact from a large solution user using the 32 bit client over the 64 bit client?
Many thanks in advance.

Hi Brian,
The recent log entries in the application logs appear to be without any errors.
However, if the issue should be solution related, then I can test it locally. Then I would need a copy of the backup + server logs + a fresh client logs and screen captures illustrating the DCO client freeze.
Otherwise, it would be great to know if all users having the same issue, or issue limited to few users.
When user(s) experiencing the issue: what is the user tasks (such as amount/type of the changes and saves), how many rooms opened/edited, etc.
Issue might be (only guessing) basically client related such as:
too many programs running at the same time (on the work station)
not enough RAM
or perhaps interference from other programs such as scanning tools/anti-virus programs.
Kind regards
