DCO 8.2.2 when I try to add new users to the customer portal I receive the following error message and am logged out of the web app. I am unable to add new users to the Customers Tenant Portal.

In the top right corner of the tenant view where you're trying to add the new user account try toggling the "portal active" switch from "on" to "off" and then back to "on".
Once you've done that retry adding the new user.
