Hello Adrian.
If you logon to webmin (https://<dco-server-ip>:10000/) and go to the status view under "struxureware dc operation", does that view show the services on your DCO server are running?
Regards

Hi Adrian,
Do you have the restore issue with any backup file?
or issue with restoring that specific backup file?
Can I ask for the following data:
1- server logs (in 8.2.12 can be collected from web client, Administration > Download log files)
2- copy of the backup file that you have the restore issues with
3- ssh log in to server and take a screen capture of "ls -l /data/backup"
I will send you an invite to my =S= box shortly, so the data safely can be shared with me, thanks.
Kind regards

Hi Adrian,
This is just to share some updates here. We have been studding the provided data/log files and it seems this test server is in bad state, both the restore and backup related log entries contain similar errors. Based on the log records, solution that might help is provided (by direct email). However, as mentioned database seems to be in bad state and the provided solution might solve a specific problem, so it is highly recommended to rebuild the server by doing a clean installation (and then restoring a good backup file).
Kind regards
