We are getting "CM Evap Temperature Below Dew Point" alarms (hundreds of them). I suspect they are related to the humidity levels in the data centre, but I'd like to know for sure. Can anyone please let me know what the criteria is for these alarms to be generated, and if there is any way to modify the alarm points for which these alarms get triggered.

Dew point is temperature at which moisture in the air starts to condense, on NetBotz this is a virtual sensor as it's reading depends on the values of temperature and humidity.
I suggest you take note of the set minimum and maximum values for both temperature and humidity then use them to calculate dew point minimum and maximum values as well then set these thresholds for the dew point respectively.
You can google the calculation or use a calculation app on your phone if you wish not to disturb your brain in knowing the formula.
I hope this helps.
