Hi, we have this situation. We have two galaxy 5000 in parallel redundant configuration. There was malfunctioning on ups1 and this ups was switched off. After that DCE didn't raise alarm communication lost, and all sensors send the same last data before malfunction for next 10 hours until the ups was switched on for repair. DCE is v7.2.0 and NMC1 in ups.

There's really no info here that can tell us what may have happened. You may want to check to see if the comm lost alert is properly associated with an alert policy and action. If you've turned off the UPS, that also doesn't necessarily mean that the DCE server has lost comm with the NMC in the UPS. I might expect to see an alert based upon UPS state perhaps but not necessarily a lost comm.
You may want to get on the phone with support so you can walk through the issue and configuration to see if everything is set up properly.
