In DCE map view, you are able to show label information. Example Phase 1 Power (which is a virtual sensor I created)
I notice that when I turn off power, the virtual sensor is shown dropping slowly 2200w -> 1550w ->970w etc to eventually zero despite the true sensor value being updated from 2200 to zero on the poll.
Is there a way to set the refresh rate on these labels to update at the same pace as teh sensor(s) they rely on?

Hi John,
There is no way to configure the refresh rate on the virtual sensor, sorry. There is no written explanation on how the sensor arrives at it's value vs specific device polling but each device must be polled for the virtual sensor to be updated.
If you have 3 PDUs summed up for a virtual sensor for instance and the poll rate is 5 minutes, it could take up to 5 minutes before the sensor is showing the actual value. Since each device / sensor is polled at a slightly different time, that's why you get the change in reading 2200w -> 1550w ->970w etc.
