We have an issue with DCE
I’ve had quite a few firmware updates hanging there for literally months and it seems it won‘t accept updates to other nodes until these are completed.
Is there any way to clear the cache of updates in progress or failed? I have tried several reboots but this has done nothing. The failed updates or retrying entries just sit there and carry across reboots. See the image attached.
Also, the “Cancel Pending Updated” button does nothing at all.

What version of DCE are you on?
What protocol are you using for file transfer settings, FTP ot SCP?
Can you check if the devices in the screenshot have actually been updated by logging into them directly.
Can you provide logs from one of the devices that has updated successfully and also from one that is failing.
