I have problems installing an activating key for a new installation of VMware appliance. We got the appliance up and running and I have received the activating key for VMware ( AP94VMACT ). I have also register it on the regstration site and got a license number.
But when I try to install the licens it comes up with this error message :
I put in the same MAC adress as the server when I registered the on-time passcode. Do you have any idea of what this can be ?

The MAC address contained dashes, instead of no special characters or colons. I have corrected this and tested it to make sure that it doesn't have a MAC address of all zeros tied to it. You can log back into your account and pull the updated license key down.
