Dear All,
He have some netbotz issue in one of our customer.
1- We are not able to create thresholds.
2 - We receive sensor is "unplugged" message even it's all plugged.

Hi Emrekoca,
Are these sensors showing on the appliance as listed here or do they show with a different name on the appliance?
Have you tried rebooting the appliance? The server?
Have you tried removing and re-adding the appliance?
DCE simply does not see these sensors as being attached to the appliance any longer so it is likely they are either not connected or something about them has changed and DCE is unaware of it.
I see that you CCd in John Thompson. Is he already dealing with this with you? Has he gathered any more info than what has been provided here?
