After migrating DCE 7.5 to DCE 7.6 AD authentication fails using SSL. SSL cert, credentials and settings have not changed. I am able to connect to AD without SSL using the unsecured port but this is not an acceptable solution. please advise.

I assume you may have already found the solution, but if not as a work around, you can use the hostname of your AD server instead and still use SSL
