Hi Support
What is the Network ID for NBWC100U? Currently setup as a coordinator on a Netbotz 570. I want to add two Pod 180 routers(distance problem) but unable to connect to NBWC100U? My Wireless NBWS100H and NBWS100T is connected to NBWC100U and in working order. I'm missing something and I don't know what. I have reset and remove power. I have change the Rotary switch to 1 and 11. Firmware 4.6.2 installed.
I have followed the 3 simple instructions in the manual.
Please help.
Thank you
Kind regards
Reinard

Dear Reinard,
Network ID is not applicable for NBWC100U if it is already plugged into NBRK0570 and currently setup as a coordinator. I noticed that there is a k-base document: FA225531 related to wireless sensor pod 180. Please make sure whether this is applicable for your case and follow the recommendation stated in the K-base.
https://www.schneider-electric.co.uk/en/faqs/FA225531/
Please share the result of the k-base document.
Did you follow the below steps to set the Wireless Sensor Pod 180 as a router?
Here is the link to access NBRK0570 user guide.
I hope this helps.
Regards,
Bala

Thank you Bala
I think because the POD 180 is only Version 1.0.0 it doesn’t automatically update and doesn’t connect as per standard manual instructions. I also tried to move the POD 180 to a coordinator- It did connect but the wireless Temp sensors did not connect only the POD 180 as a End device or Router. Again- the commissioning screen only indicate the pod 180 was transferring and never upload the new firmware. The reason why I think it is firmware related.
It also doesn’t update on Netbotz Wireless sensor update utility 1.0.1.03 and I was wondering if there is an older utility to update these pods 180?
I would like more information to manually update these PODs to new firmware.
Thank you for your response
Kind regards
Reinard
