One thing that's sad is I can't back it up because it always stays at 96%

Have you contacted your local support and logged a ticket?
Also try to get the capturelogs by entering this to your web browser. https://dce_ip/capturelogs
Generate a new archive if you have access and download.
Provide the logs, if you are able to access and download, to your local support for review.
