Hello,

One of our client site . we have installed 5 cameras . All cameras are working fine.But now these are giving the error. Screenshots are attach for reference.

Are you using a physical DCE or a VM, also what version of DCE are you running?

We are using 9465 DCE basic Physical server.

That version is 13 versions behind the current version.

If you have a support contract I'd advise that you contact your local Schneider Electric support team to obtain and upgrade.
