Hello
In our new data center we've put new CRAC units, configured and activated.
In the picture below - does it look like normal for you? it seems like the CRAC units don't work at all despite the fact that we configured and activated them.
i'll be happy to hear your opinion/help.

Can't really see if anything is incorrect from that picture, perhaps you can elaborate more what is the concern?
What I can see form the above picture:
Things to check between actual & modelling, apart from the usual CRAC parameters, perforated floor.
Non ducted, with wall not reaching ceiling?If yes, the wall between DC and CRAC corridor need to be modeled accordingly.
Try the following, and see if you encounter any error:

If you want to fine tune on the cooling parameter, e.g airflow speed etc, do look into:
