Hello,
I'm not positive but I believe that alarm is letting you know that the relay for the battery charger has failed open and thus is not capable of maintaining the batteries. How old is the unit? Have you called APC support?

If UPS is working fine then, check the logs
It seems that there is problem in charger Filter RL circuit, might be that filter is damaged and due to this you are facing the warning alarm.
