I have installed 2 rack monitor 450 & 570. which are connected with dce (v 7.2.7). 4 apc cameras(pod 160) installed. 1 cam connected with Rackmonitor 450 this one working fine and on recording. But the remaining three cameras are working ok (conneted with Rackmonitor 570. display is ok . On recording .) But when i try to check the recording. (Recording available till 12 june 2017) After this there is no recording available. Cam's are on motion Recording ) I have been restarted the both Dce & Rackmonitor 570. but the issue is still exist.

Firstly, check time settings on Netbotz devices and DCE. It must be the same.
Or try to expand search dates for clips to verify is it a case.
And also check alarm history for netbotz devices. One time I have a case in lab environment when I cant find clips from surveillance window, but it was attached to alarms and I can view it.
