Dear experts,
We had a AP9465 the status indicator LEC amber is blinking, I check the doc, it says the system has detected an error, but what kind of error it is and how to solve it ?
We checked the DCE , no alarms shows.

Hi Peter,
The AP9465 is based on a Dell server. Please provide the Dell service tag, the MAC address of the server, and the Dell service tag to your local APC / Schneider tech support. If it's under warranty, they should be able to assist you with correcting hardware issues / replacement if necessary. Your server is likely a Dell R200 or R210 but without that data (and I wouldn't want you to provide it on an open forum) I can not say with any certainty. There is also a display on the server and when there is an error, this display will usually show an error code which also may assist in any hardware troubleshooting.
Thanks,
Steve

Can you please provide the capturelogs to diagnose the errors? To gather the needed logs please browse to http://<your_server_ip>/capturelogs You will be prompted to input credentials, once the page has loaded please click on "Create Server Log Archive". After the process has been completed please download and provide them to the team. Thanks Jesper
