Was this working ok before?
Did you make any recent changes to your setup before it stopped working?
Can you Telnet into the unit and check the firmware version and PNA status as per FA156130.
In terms of communication with StruxureWare Central, FA226273 should help with troubleshooting.
You can try rebooting the network card in the unit by pressing the Reset button. If this does not work, you should try reflashing it with the latest firmware.
Finally, you should contact your local technical support to validate your software contract in order to get the links to upgrade your StruxureWare Central. The latesr version of StruxureWare Data Center Expert is now on 7.4.3.
