we have a 4 panel main room pdu and can add sensor mapping to 2 of those panels, but not to 2 x others and can't understand why. Other multiple panel pdu's can have sensor mapping without any issues.

Hi Pete It should of course work for all PDUs, but it is difficult to see what is the issue without more information. Do you have a screenshot of the setup that you can share? That would be a start to try and reproduce the issue. Best, Niels

Hi all, In short, customized DDF file did fix the issue, so the device could be associated to its corresponding model in DCO. Kind regards
