Tenant App for Commercial Tower

We are looking at an app developed by ModoLabs for a Facility Manager as a tenant app at a project. (EBO proposed as BMS - SX as access control)

What solutions are we offering or offered for Commercial Buildings for Facility managers and to their tenants? 

ModoLabs App looks comprehensive however, there is a high cost associated with it:

The brief of the app was mainly around tenant interaction and maximize their experience:

- Raise Work orders by the tenant

- Order food or book reservation to restaurants from Building 

- Newsfeed - lunch specials, promotions, information, etc. 

- Room Booking
