RP-C with firmware 3.01.01.00631

I am testing EBO 3.1.1 and RP-C with latest firmware 3.01.01.00631.

Upgrade of RP-C went wrong during activation phase and is not working anymore, unreachable by FTP. Is there another procedure for restoring a RP-C? I already had a couple of issues during the different firmware upgrades but could always restore the device (sometimes by FTP) but now I am not lucky.
