Hi all
I have come across a University project in Australia that we have been asked to integrate with Niagara using their EBO Driver.
The driver uses EWS Server (must be enabled in ES 7 MD5 hash). Once communication is established via credentials, and IP addresses; the driver can perform auto-discovery.

Has anybody worked with the driver or experience if it has been used on a project?
I would appreciate any feedback.

I had more info about the driver.
Comments from the Developer:
Driver testing allowed us to poll 1000 points every 20-30 seconds from a single AS to Niagara. Niagara is using a subscription mechanism, so the points are only polled if they are used by the user (i.e. are shown on a screen or have Niagara alarm/history extensions or Niagara). So our experience with the performance is pretty good.
Also the driver in server mode; the Niagara device (Supervisor or Jace) becomes visible in the EcoStruxure hierarchy tree as an EWS device. You will be able to see all the points and the full hierarchy of the Niagara system.
Hope this helps if you come across the driver.
Note that this driver has been reverse-engineered and not supported by Schneider, so if anything changes on the EWS and breaks the link- the reworks shall be by the developer.

Did you have any success pushing cmds etc from EBO to N4 ?
Would like to know more about what functionality we could get from going over a number of JACES.
As there is a site in Sydney where one building in the facility is N4 and they might be keen to put EBO over the top of the N4 site.
However could be risky seeing its unsupported 🤷
