Next release EPC V2.17 is planned for this week on or after 9th July. I am attaching the release note for your reference.
In my opinion , a good practice is to upgrade the firmware of your digital device/gateway to the last version before commissioning the panel/switchboard.
EPC is THE tool for this.
Last version of EPC embed always the last firmware version available for all supported devices / gateway.
So in first check that you have the last version of EPC and connect to your device to upgrade it.
It is also possible to see the baseline of Gateway/ devices Firmware by clicking on the "i ' symbol (top rigth corner in EPC) and select "device firmware baseline" (attached photo)
The new release of EcoStruxure Power Commission V2.17 is now available :
Reminder : see the release note attached in the previous post.
Thanks for the new version .
I heart that there is a new way to integrate none communicating devices in the project .
But how to make it ?? I didn t find any clear informeation on your site .
With EcoStruxure Power Commission, it is possible to add also the none-communicating devices.
You have to connect a QR code scanner to the computer, and scan the QR code on each Schneider product
Pleaase, have a look on the video tutorial explaining the QR code scan use case
