Upgrading Visio 2007 to Visio 2010. Should WorkPlace be un-installed first?
Environment
WorkPlace Tech (all versions)
Cause
Software upgrade
Resolution
Un-install both WorkPlace Tech and Visio. Then install Visio followed by WorkPlace Tech.
Use F-27367 as a guide.
