Error when licensing: Unable to find Entitlement ID

Cause
When adding an Entitlement to the License Administrator the following error is seen:
The same Entitlement contains both the Windows license (for Enterprise Central, Enterprise Server and WorkStation) and SmartX Server add on options i.e.SmartX server embedded licenses.
Resolution
Windows Licenses for the EC, ES and WS etc should be purchased separately from the embedded SmartX Server licenses and not be grouped together in one Entitlement.
Example:
Purchase Order 1 should contain only those requirements for licensing in License Admiistrator on a PC - Windows Licenses.
e.g
SXWSWSNMP00001 SW-SNMP-1 (SNMP alarm) on the ES
Others are EC, ES etc.
Purchase Order 2 should contain only those requirements for embedded licenses in a SmartX server via the Device Administrator.
e.g.
SXWSWASDBXS001 TimeScale DB option - SmartX
SXWSWSNMPX0001 EBO SNMP Alarming - SmartX
