Issue

No Communications when directly connecting to a MicroNet Controller.

Product Line

Satchwell MicroNet

Environment

MicroNet controller (MN300, MN440, MN500, MN620 or MN350, MN450, MN550, MN650) using VisiSat

Cause

Controller subnet setting incorrect.

Resolution

Updated June 2019

The MicroNet 50 series range MN350, 450, 550, 650 LCD and Touchscreen have been withdrawn from sale.
The IAC 420, 600 and Touchscreen have now also been withdrawn from sale.
No direct replacement is offered.

  1. Go to the VisiSat server on the taskbar by the clock.     
  2. Drop down the Network menu
  3. Then select restart.
  4. This will reset the controller subnet setting to 1
  5. Now the Visisat server should be able to connect to the controller.
