Issue
Trying to install SSL certificate via Internet Explorer browser but the 'Install Certificate' button is missing.

SSL
Cause
User logged into the machine needs to have administrative privileges to install the certificate.
Resolution
When running the browser, right click on the browser's icon then select 'Run as administrator'
