Cause
The text encoding method has not been selected.
Resolution
- Open TAC Vista Server Setup
- Click on the Mail Tab
- Check if the Text encoding Field is empty.
- If it is, select an encoding from the dropdown. Unicode (UTF-8) is suggested in the US with an Exchange Mail server.
