I have subscriptions to a number of forums and topics but stop receiving emails sometimes at end of December last year.
I’ve checked my Spam and Quarantine folders but don’t see anything blocked from firstname.lastname@example.org
Not sure if an issue on my end or with Exchange.

Have you checked your settings? Go to your avatar, then select Settings > Subscriptions & Notifications > Notification settings.
Please check that you're still getting email notifications there.
