To what extent do you invest in training technicians and engineers to manage these innovations?
Training and education are THE key 😉

SVP Strategy & Innovation, Energy Management & Secure Power
Schneider Electric
At Schneider Electric, we train our people to be true and relevant advisors to our designers & Engineer partners, to help them understand the value of those innovations and the necessary steps in deploying them.
In the meantime, we are also developing certified trainings that will be live in the coming years to help our designers and engineers partners look efficiently at the deployment of the market latest technologies, in line with the latest certifications.
The problem is that these people are tutors, not teachers if all they are doing is helping with the online lessons the teacher has already crafted. That lesson creation is the hard part of teaching. It is not just telling things. The end result is there will be people who get a false impression of teaching and will carry on the misrepresentation of the profession.
