Building Operations Workstation 1.6

We are using Building Operations Workstation 1.6 to connect to our automation server.  However within the past week, whenever we try to login the software the error message we get is failed to establish connection with server.  As far as we know no changes have been made to the client computer, but what we are unsure of is if the IP address of the automation server is different then what we think it is.  Is there is a way that we can find out what the IP address of the automation server is, or do you have any other suggestions?

Re: Building Operations Workstation 1.6

Thanks for the help, I think we are on to something.  The service is stopped, but here are some things I notice:

The Start Service button is grayed out, and there is a red box around http port 80 field. Does that mean port 80 is the wrong port?  I also see a lot of system error logs:

Re: Building Operations Workstation 1.6

Hi,

Some program is already opened port 80(such as skype). You must find and close that program or you can change the port number to 81 (or any other number).

Then in workstation you must specify the new port next to the ip address with :81, ie 192.168.0.100:81.

Regards

Re: Building Operations Workstation 1.6

Hi,

Some program is already opened port 80(such as skype). You must find and close that program or you can change the port number to 81 (or any other number).

Then in workstation you must specify the new port next to the ip address with :81, ie 192.168.0.100:81.

Regards
