Battery Capacity

My Battery Capacity shows 100%. Is that normal? I am new to managing UPS so any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure that there are any UPS experts in this community (yet). You may want to ask your question at https://forums.apc.com/

However, my slightly educated guess is that this is just the battery charge percentage i.e. your battery is fully charged. This would be normal once it's been on mains power for a day or so. You would expect to see this drop during and after mains is interrupted.

Since the UPS is connected for more than 8 hours, it is normal to have battery capacity of 100%.
