An End-User in Indonesia purchased upgraded version of Plant SCADA (formerly Citect SCADA) through Total Inpro (Certified Alliance SI & IAD, Indonesia). The IAD support team faced issue when applying activation code to existing Citect Dongle (Error code 102). They urgently needed solution to respond to the end-user request.

Their support team shared the problem on Exchange Community (PLC Club Indonesia), and promptly got an answer that the error code 102 meant that the existing dongle is faulty. The lead generated by the partner for the AVEVA offer was followed up and converted into a win.
