Hey,
Wondering how I can self test my Back-UPS RS 800 without it being hooked to a computer. It has a couple of switches on it and thats it. Don't know if there is a way to self test it like this or do I need to hook to a computer to test?
Only other way I can think of is to just unplug it from outlet and see how long it last.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

you should be able to hold down the power button for a second or two in order to do this manually. if you press and hold the button, the UPS will turn off so just be careful. the UPS is programmed to do a self test automatically every two weeks by the way.
