SRT2200 / SRT3000 Configuring Outlet Group to switch on after mains input present

Hi. we have a number of SRT2200 and SRT3000 UPS' all fitted with NMC2 Management Cards. I need the Output Groups to automatically enable once mains input is applied. I've been through all the options in the Management Card (V6.4) but cannot get them to do this. Am I missing something? Thanks.

Hi Richard,

Outlet groups are turned on automatically until and unless they are configured to be in off state. Make sure the outlet groups are turned on and the "stay off after power returns" options is unchecked in the outlet group configuration section.
